We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager for Japan, who will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online business in the Japanese market. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the iGaming industry, with a focus on the Japanese market, and possess extensive knowledge of branding, affiliate management, and online casino products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy for the Japanese market, including the creation and implementation of marketing and promotional plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, vendors, affiliates, and customers.
- Manage and grow the affiliate network, ensuring effective communication, and building strong partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and use this information to inform business decisions.
- Analyze data to develop insights and identify opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the online gambling industry with a focus on the Japanese market.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of branding, affiliate management, and online casino products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and English languages.
- Knowledge of Japanese culture, customs, and regulations related to online gambling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
