Role Overview:
As our first Senior BI Analyst at ibet, you will be a key member of the Business Intelligence (BI) team responsible for transforming data into actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data from various sources to support strategic and operational initiatives. Your expertise in data analytics and reporting will empower ibet’s stakeholders with valuable information, driving business growth and enhancing the overall gaming experience for our customers.
What you will do
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, your role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing our operations. You will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, data needs, and challenges.
- Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities, providing valuable insights.
- Designing and creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Developing and maintaining standard reports and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ensuring data visualizations are clear, concise, and actionable for various stakeholders.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the iGaming industry and internal processes.
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Working on data modeling projects to forecast trends, customer behavior, and revenue projections.
- Collaborating with the Data Science team to build predictive models for personalized customer experiences.
- Maintaining data integrity and data governance practices to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
- Assisting in data validation and reconciliation processes to identify and address data discrepancies.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies.
- Proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or a similar role in the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with iGaming KPIs, metrics, and industry trends is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
