Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Country Manager to join our online casino and sports betting company to oversee our operations in Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share in Finland.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage all aspects of the company’s operations in the Finnish region, including customer acquisition and retention, product development, and marketing
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including responsible gaming practices
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional communication and execution of company objectives
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of the Finnish market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders in Finland
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in online gambling, sports betting, or related industry, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent understanding of the Finnish gambling markets and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Finnish, and English
